Founder and Director, Shannon Cassidy, formed bridge between, inc in 2000 to meet the demands of professionals who want to take charge of their life and be powerful leaders. With a solid background in sales, marketing, and management, as well as professional certifications in both coaching, negotiation and mediation, Shannon fuels her organization with an unrelenting commitment to client transformation and actualization.

She works predominantly with large national and international organizations such as Comcast and Deloitte. To enable her clients in distant areas of the country and world, Shannon began to develop an Affiliate Coach program in 2003. The criteria to become a bridge between coach is extensive. Coaches are interviewed, screened and managed. The coaching bench is complete with talent beyond any of their competitors. There are currently 15 coaches which span the United States, Canada and the UK.
